// Est. 2026 · EU-based · Escrow-protected

The market for expiring cloud credits.

Every year, startups burn through fractions of their $50k-$200k cloud credit packages and let the rest expire. Baracredits matches them with companies that need compute — and holds the money in escrow until both sides are safe.

// Process

Four steps, no surprises.

Every deal follows the same script. Contract signed by all three parties before any money moves.

01.

Listing

Seller shares amount, provider, expiry. Short video-verify of billing access.

02.

Match & contract

Buyer signs the one-page contract via DocuSign. All three parties see identical terms.

03.

Escrow

Buyer wires funds to Baracredits. Seller sees the receipt screenshot before transferring.

04.

Transfer & payout

Credits move via sponsorship or team-invite. Seller paid within 48h of buyer confirmation.

// Services

Two structures, one commitment: safe delivery.

We adapt to provider Terms of Service. Structure is agreed upfront in the contract.

Credit brokerage

For GCP, Azure, Anthropic — providers with legal transfer mechanisms.

  • Direct sponsorship or team-invite transfer
  • Test transfer of $5-10 before full amount
  • Escrow-first: buyer pays us, we pay seller after confirmation
  • Full paper trail (contract, video, transactions)

Compute-as-a-service

For AWS — where credit transfer is against ToS.

  • Seller runs buyer's workload on their own account
  • Zero ToS risk to seller account
  • Hourly rate on GPU / CPU compute
  • Results delivered via S3 or shared storage

// End-to-end

Everything Baracredits handles for you.

You describe what you have or what you need. We take care of every step until the credits land and the money is paid out. No juggling providers, contracts, or crypto wallets on your side.

1
Verification

We vet both sides before a contract exists.

No unverified strangers on either end. Every party is checked before the paperwork gets touched.

  • Short video call with the seller to confirm real billing access
  • Buyer identity + company verification (LinkedIn, domain, work email)
  • Test transfer of $5-10 credits before the full amount moves
  • Anti-fraud checks against known bad actors
2
Contracts

One-page contract signed by all three parties.

Every deal has an EU eIDAS-compliant e-signature record. If anything goes wrong later, there's paper.

  • Amount, provider, discount, timeline — all spelled out
  • Refund policy and dispute rules included
  • eIDAS-compliant signing via DocuSign or PandaDoc
  • Both sides get the signed PDF within minutes
3
Escrow

Money sits with us, never with the seller before delivery.

The buyer pays Baracredits. The seller sees proof the money is real, then transfers. Nobody is exposed.

  • EU banking rail: Wise / SEPA / Wire / USDT (no chargebacks)
  • Seller receives receipt screenshot before transferring
  • Funds held until buyer confirms delivery in their console
  • Full refund path if the transfer fails
4
Delivery

We walk both sides through the actual transfer.

Every provider has a different mechanism. We know each one — you don't have to figure it out.

  • GCP sponsorship transfer (Google-approved path)
  • Azure sponsorship portal setup
  • Anthropic team-invite handoff
  • AWS compute-as-a-service structure (ToS-safe)
5
Payout

Seller gets paid within 48 hours of buyer confirmation.

Once the buyer confirms delivery in their console, we release funds fast. 48h buffer covers weekends and force-majeure delays.

  • Same rail the buyer used (Wise → Wise, etc.)
  • Transaction ID sent to seller as proof
  • Commission (20-30%) deducted transparently — no surprises
  • Escrow receipt archived for both parties
6
Aftercare

Full paper trail archived. Available on request.

Every artifact from the deal is stored. If you need it for accounting, tax, or a future dispute — we have it.

  • Signed contract PDF
  • Video verification recording (if consented)
  • Escrow deposit + payout transaction IDs
  • Confirmation screenshots from provider console
// Providers & structures

Different provider, different mechanism.

We adapt the deal structure to each provider's Terms of Service. Nothing shady — every transfer follows the official path the provider allows.

ToS-safe
Google Cloud
// sponsorship transfer

Direct credit transfer between billing accounts via Google's sponsorship mechanism. Fully approved by Google. Processing time: 24-72h on their end.

Typical size: $5k-$100k
Discount range: 40-60% off face
Commission: 20-25%
Compute-as-service
Amazon Web Services
// caas structure

AWS prohibits credit transfer in ToS, so we structure as compute-as-a-service: seller runs the buyer's workload on their account. Buyer pays for compute hours, seller keeps account safe.

Typical size: $2k-$50k
Discount range: 30-50% off compute
Commission: 25-30%
ToS-safe
Microsoft Azure
// sponsorship portal

Azure Sponsorship Portal supports direct credit transfer between subscriptions. Similar mechanism to GCP. Slightly slower processing (48-96h).

Typical size: $5k-$120k
Discount range: 40-55% off face
Commission: 20-25%
Team-invite
Anthropic
// team invite handoff

Anthropic credits transfer via the team-invite mechanism. Buyer joins the seller's workspace as an owner, seller steps down. Clean handoff, fast processing.

Typical size: $1k-$30k
Discount range: 35-55% off face
Commission: 25-30%
// Three-way protection

Everyone in the deal walks away safe.

The whole model is built so that at every step, all three sides have a clear exit if something goes wrong. Nobody carries the risk alone.

Broker (us)

We take fees, not risks.

Baracredits never advances money out of our own pocket. Every deal is buyer-funded before it starts.

  • Buyer pays us first — we hold the funds
  • We only pay the seller after the buyer confirms
  • Commission (20-30%) taken from the deal, not from us
  • All-parties contract shields us from post-deal disputes
Max exposure: $0. If the deal collapses, escrow simply refunds the buyer.
Buyer

Credits or refund. Never lost cash.

Buyers pay through non-chargeback rails, but they get the exact protections a chargeback would give — plus more.

  • Video-verified seller before you wire a cent
  • Test transfer of $5-10 credits into your account first
  • Full refund if transfer fails within the contract window
  • Confirmation from your own console before we release funds
Max exposure: $0. Escrow guarantees credits arrive or the money comes back.
Seller

Cash guaranteed before you transfer.

Sellers see the money is real — sitting in our escrow account — before they ever start the provider transfer.

  • Screenshot of buyer's payment before you touch the transfer
  • Contract-mandated payout within 48h of confirmation
  • Same-rail payout (Wise → Wise, USDT → USDT, etc.)
  • No chargeback risk — Stripe / PayPal never used
Max exposure: $0. You only transfer credits once escrow is proven.
// FAQ

Questions worth asking.

Is this legal for GCP / AWS / Azure / Anthropic?
GCP, Azure and Anthropic explicitly allow credit transfers via sponsorship or team-invite mechanisms — fully legit. AWS prohibits direct credit transfer in its ToS, so for AWS we structure deals as compute-as-a-service (seller runs the buyer's workload on their own account). Every deal is structured to stay inside provider ToS.
How does the escrow actually work?
Buyer wires funds to Baracredits (not to the seller directly). We hold them. Once the buyer confirms the credits landed in their console, we pay the seller within 48 hours. If the transfer fails or the seller disappears, the buyer gets a full refund. Seller sees a screenshot of the escrow before starting the transfer, so they know the money is real.
What's your commission?
20-30% depending on deal size and complexity. Larger deals ($20k+) and clean provider transfers (GCP sponsorship) sit at the lower end. Higher risk deals (AWS compute-as-a-service, small $3-5k lots) sit at the higher end. Quoted upfront, before the contract.
What payment methods do you support?
Wise, SEPA, bank wire, USDT. We do not accept Stripe, PayPal or credit cards — chargeback risk would put the seller at risk after credits have been transferred. Method is agreed upfront.
How long does a typical deal take?
7-10 days end-to-end. Verification and matching: 1-3 days. Contract signing: 1 day. Escrow and provider processing: 3-5 days. Payout to seller: within 48h of buyer confirmation.
Where are you legally based?
Operating from the EU (Czech Republic). Payments via EU banking rails. Contracts in English under EU eIDAS-compliant e-signature (DocuSign / PandaDoc). Business registration in progress.
